Returns & Refunds

In the event that you decide to return an ordered item, please contact us within 7 days upon receipt of goods, together with your invoice number and reasons for return or refund. If your request meets the following conditions for acceptance, we will then issue a returns code, which must be marked on the returned parcel. The returned items should be sent to our office by pay-collect.

Conditions for accepting Returns / Refunds:

1. We sent a wrong item to you; or
2. The item is already damaged upon receipt; AND
3. The item is in new condition, not worn or altered. All packaging, including the box, hang tag, protective net and sideboards, remains intact.

Replacement orders will be delivered to you, free of charge, within 7 business days upon receipt of returned goods in mint condition by our office. Replacement items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. We can only replace an item for the same item in the same colour and size, subject to availability. We are unable to process any replacements for a completely different item.

Conditions where Returns / Refunds will not be accepted:

1. The item is used; or
2. Any piece of the Packaging is broken; or
3. The item has been damaged in your possession; or
4. The item is not returned within 7 days upon our acceptance for return; or
5. The item is returned without a returns code.

*Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

All items being returned in accordance with this clause must be safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We shall not accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit or otherwise. We strongly recommend when returning items to us you use recorded or special delivery as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.

Refunds to you will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned goods. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. Please be reminded that the refund may not be reflected on the same statement as the transaction will, due to the cut-off date.
